At CapHarbor we know that many investors are concerned about the security and growth of their real estate investments. Over the past decade many investors have sought the benefits of group ownership through partnerships and tenant in common ventures. Unfortunately, many of these investors have found that owning one or a few properties, even in group ownership, has not insulated them from the turbulence of the current real estate recession. CapHarbor believes that many times the problem isn't group ownership, it is the lack of diversification and resources that reduce the benefits of group ownership.
CapHarbor Realty Advisors intends to develop various strategies aimed at helping individual investors to achieve diversification, growth and stability in their tenant in common and other group ownership properties.
